The key arrived in a padded envelop. Watched the online video to install. Only issue was that one week after the first package arrived, a second exact package arrived. So now I have two keys and paid for only one. I’d ship the other back to them, but the shipping from Canada Post, cost more then the key. Overall a great deal for the price.
