There was one part with Spectre in the name and another part with XP in the name. I have a Spectre XP so on my first try, rather than sending them a picture, I ordered the Spectre part and it did not fit. I emailed Replacement LT Keys via their website and they requested a picture which I sent. I did not hear from them for several days, so I followed up. They got back to me within 24-hours to assure they were working on it, and 2-days later they emailed me letting me know they had sent the part. Worked perfectly!!!! I glad it was only the key and not the hinge or cup.
