I phoned laptop repair companies who said that they did not repair these, simply replace the whole key board at a cost of around 40 -50. I looked on the web and found Replacement Laptop Keys and ordered the missing key. It arrived quickly with full instructions which took me about 1 minute snd it is successfully replaced.
